Yola and Weebly share the same great features and have little features that make them different. Choosing either is fine. Just do some research on the features, look at the pro offers, try out both sites and then decide for yourself which one is better for you.

• Yola's page editor is quite limited, so realistically some knowledge of html and css is needed to customize the templates, which are pretty basic and all quite similar
• Yola is only free with a Yola Link: "Make a free Website with Yola" - not great for a business website

• Free hosting at Yola sub domains
• Up to five sites with a 1GB or storage per site, which should be plenty unless you're publishing video

• Can import templates, making the site a useful CMS (Content Management System) for sites and templates created elsewhere by designers and programmers

• Wysiwig editing is even more limited than Yola's, so knowledge of CSS and HTML is really essential to create anything decent
• Templates not great - perhaps slightly better than Yola's
• Blogs won't work on sites not hosted by Weebly

• Hosting is free at Weebly sub domains or your own domain name (registered elsewhere), but your site will have a Weebly link

• To remove the Weebly link, you will need to either pay to host your site elsewhere or sign up for a Pro Account - $4 a month

Conclusion

Choose Yola, Reason? It is much easier to use!

They are both quite similar in nature. However, where Yola outperforms Weebly hands-down is the forum. I've tried to access help with Weebly - getting very little response and definitely not in a timely manner. Yola has all the tools you need to create a small business site. They are continually making upgrades and from what I understand, will be launching a new round of upgrades in the coming weeks.
